Good service but slow dispatch and delivery
Order was picked and I received a phone call to ask if the order was correct, I had not ordered the bathroom locks so order was changed, the products arrived and were of a very high quality for the price, but there seems some delay in the order being picked and the actual dispatch date then the delivery, almost 2 weeks, thought that was a bit long to wait, I would expect 3 days at the very most. overall I would recommend your company but remember to order in plenty of time

POOR SERVICE
I ordered with the promise of a christmas delivery. The item arrived with parts missing and a broken handle. Despite trying to speak with them I am still waiting for item to be collected and refund returned. The worst customer service department I have ever had the missfortune to contact, as their agents do not understand basic english which make communication very difficult.
Never will I return to this company
