Purchased an item from them back in October, weeks later item did not arrive, contacted store by email and was told to wait, waited further mailed and was ignored. Rang store owner and was promised refund, two weeks later nothing, mailed again and was again ignore, had to contact Google Checkout and Credit card company to obtain refund.
Found an item at a very good price on the website, bought other small items to qualify for free delivery, the main item was out of stock so the company dispatch remaining goods and did not contact me to determine if I wished to progress the order even tho they had my contact details, contacted customer service and they were very unhelpful. This will now cost me additional postage with an other company
Paid for priority postage, of which Wiggle did not complete, then told me I could only have a refund in vouchers, took weeks of arguing to sort out with unhelpful customer service staff. I will never use again, Chain Reaction are much better and post out fast for free
