The title is pretty self explanatory. I have sent multiple queries to ask where my item is, to have very blunt responses back to me. After 2 weeks and no sign of it I cancelled my order and bought it somewhere else. Following this I then received an e-mail stating that it had been dispatched and had taken payment out of my account. Again, I queried this, to which I was told to return it and to expect a full refund in 10 days. I sent this item 15th December 2011, and after multiple queries about my refund I have been ignored, and not received my payment. Not only do I not have my item, but I am also down £50 now.
I will never shop here again, and ensuring to tell my experience to as many people as possible. I could not be more angry with the level of customer service that I have received!
I hope The Hut read this and start to buck up their ideas before they lose all customers who still shop with them. Judging by this site, not a lot of people are left anyway!
