Simple to find a hotel you want

I find the search very useful, and fairly flexible. Booking is easy, mostly can be done entirely online.

The customer reviews really help to get an idea what a hotel is actually like, which in London where I mainly book, can be very variable.

Cancelling or changing a reservation isn't that simple, and I'd imagine booking directly would be slightly cheaper if you knew what you wanted and were doing so regularly. However the prices seem very fair considering the service they are providing.

I've made many bookings through them and never had a problem on arriving at the hotel, which is pretty good.

One other drawback I suppose for regular bookers, is that hotels might offer loyalty schemes but I don't think these will apply via laterooms. Laterooms do not as far as i'm aware offer any loyalty scheme.
