Placed my order with BB on 21st May using super saver delivery. Still not arrived. I run an online sex toy company called www.strawberryblushes.co.uk and I use Trustpilot for my business. I also use super saver delivery which is 2-5 days. I know that my order is lost but Beauty Bay want me to wait another 9 working days before refunding or resending my order. If I treated my customers like this then my Trustpilot Reviews would not be a 5 star rating! I also emailed them a few days ago and still do not have a reply. My advice, the cheapest isnt always the best. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they have a lot to learn! I only wish I had read these reviews first!
