No problem returning wrongly ordered item (my fault). Fitting and wiring the PRTHW-TS WiFi thermostat was straightforward, but it took some perseverance to get our Technicolour Router to port forward correctly. It all works fine now and we have been able to monitor our house temperature from abroad using smartphone/iPad. Remote switching on and off etc also works fine.
I have some reservations about using a fixed IP address and will switch to dynamic DNS if there is a security problem.
Ordered a pressure reducing valve but after delivery I discovered my water supply already had one. Returned item by post having established by phone that a partial refund would take place. This never happened. On phoning again I was told they had received nothing from me. My fault for ordering wrong item and not using recorded delivery I suppose. Still disappointed though.
Very efficient service if you do exactly what they ask you to.
