Awesome customer care

I booked a hotel for my trip to Istanbul. (By the way, beware of Istanbul traffic when it snows)
There were no problems with the hotel and I pretty much got what I expected.
I needed to add an extra day at the last minute and the hotels rate was pretty high but Sunshine from customer care made my day and confirmed the extra night in a very timely fashion.
I will definitely use otel.com again for my next trip

Great deals if you are fast enough

They really find the best hotel deals but it is often for a low amount of rooms so you should hurry...
Also, their newsletter is not pushy either so I would recommend
