I perhaps made a mistake in placing my online order for a scooter on 30th Decemnber - the middle of the holiday period. The ordering process with RDK Mobility was simple and fast, with no problems in achieving VAT exempt status. The acknowledgement email came immediately, but thereatfer I heard nothing until I made a phone call on 10th January when it was explained that the delivery was sub-contracted to another company who would contact me. As I say it was holiday time, but I think RDK could perhaps help to keep customers more in the picture by sending an interim email immediately the order has been placed explaining the gelivery system.
Having said that I have now been told by the delivery firm that I will receive the scooter tomorrow, so all is well!
Apart from this I rate the company highly and to prove this, am about to order a few accessories for my new toy!
