Fast delivery but more attention to detail required

Ordered 3 items, all came together and within a couple of days, and were discretely packaged. 1 item however was a different colour to that shown on the website, and 1 item was the wrong item completely, although as it looked quite good we decided to keep it anyway. A word of warning, if you buy seperate batteries for your items ensure you get the correct ones, the website and the items themselves state L1130 when they actually require L1154. Lucky I didn't buy them in advance!

I'm sorry you encountered a couple of problems when purchasing through Passion 8.

We do offer a 90 days returns policy so if there is anything you are unhappy with, we'd be happy to accept it back.

We have also amended our website for any information we have listed incorrectly.
