Very unhelpful
Twice I've bought things in their January sales,only to find them selling them cheaper a couple of months later. Another time I bought three rolls of wallpaper too many,as I wasn't sure how many rolls I would need,it depended on the pattern match.I took back the surplass rolls after only a week,when they were still selling the paper,but as I'd mislaid the receipt they wouldn't refund me.I know they are not obliged to,but you'd think they would know the policy of their main competitor,who would have given a credit note at the least. It's their competitor I shop at now,even though they are further away.

Clean,roomy,and great prices.
Alright,you have to be careful what you buy when you're not used to the shop,whoever it is,if you haven't used their brands before.However,even if you just buy things recommended by papers and magazines you'll find that's quite a bit.For example their dishwasher tablets were judged the best by Which,and if your family like Snickers,try their Racers,you'll love the price,too.Fruit and veg is always fresh,and reasonably priced.

A breath of fresh air.
What a different shopping experience ! Very pleasant staff,not on commission,so not hassling you. Wide range of furnishings,and the bonus is the accesories.Pictures,wood carvings and so much more,all out of the ordinary,at reasonable prices.I'm a cynical 68 year old,and I recently paid £49 for a lump of wood.You've got to see it to understand.
The bad news for most is that there's only one store,at Hedge End,just off the M27.If you want a day out go there,and take your wallet.Bet you buy something.

Talktalk
Totally unable to sort out their own system.
I was an existing Talktalk customer,and moved house in September.A new phone line was put in,and a new account number issued.So far so good.But my details have never been updated,so when I log into "My account" my old details are still there,despite several phone calls and emails.I cannot access my bill or any other details.I get promised on the phone that all will be put right,and I get no replies to my emails.I can't wait for my contract to expire so I can go somewhere else.
Furniture Choice
They do what it says on the tin.
Went to local shops and was amazed at the prices. I went online
just to see what was there,and came across these people. Their prices were a lot more reasonable.They were very helpful when I phoned,and actually put a set of chairs that I liked the look of next to a different table,to see if they matched,then phoned me back (yeah,how many firms do that) to say that they wouldn't advise it. That could have cost them a sale,but I decided that a firm that honest was going to get my order.Then they told me which day it would arrive,and it did.Looks great too.And no,I'm not related to anyone at the firm.
