Update 6 Feb 2013: Not a cheap from this lot, not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement to my numerous emails. You can't get anywhere with their so called helpline. Now 2 months since I ordered goods. My bank is now on the case to retrieve my cash for me but life shouldn't be this difficult. Please go elsewhere if you want a trusted supplier.
Update: Still no response to my email enquiries, still can't get through on the phone. That's coming up for a month and not the slightest acknowledgement of my requests to know what they doing about a refund. Doesn't sound like a company that values its customers - just interested in taking and keeping their money.
Second time this company has taken an order from me stating that goods are in stock but taken an age to fulfil. They don't respond to their "Express" contact emails (I had three attempts) and the helpline is a complete joke (about 20 attempts). I cancelled my second order (placed 9 Dec for 3-5 day delivery) when it became very clear it wouldn't be delivered for Christmas - still waiting for a refund even though they took my cash immediately at time of order. Amazon had the same item delivered to me in less than 24 hours. There's no excuse for this awful level of service. I should have learned the first time. I will definitely not be going back.
