5 Starts for Bad Service!!!
It's very easy to give a 5 start rating to a shop/service when one places an order, receives it on time, and is happy with the product. That, every shop can achieve.
But the real achievement in my opinion, is when a shop faces a problem with stock and delivery of an order, staff fail to resolve the issue on spot, the customer is angry, and yet, that shop manages, through its experienced and highly qualified customer services, to keep that same customer happy and compensate him/her, to a point where they would still give the shop a 5 star rating, and forget about the bad experience, keeping nothing in mind but the good service and great quality of product.
That would be my experience with Mankind. The products, the shopping experience, and the customer services, are unbeatable. I highly recommend it to everyone.
Mankind beats any other shop getting 5 star ratings by delivering immediately, with maintaining its customers' trust level and loyalty, even when problems occur.

Positively Surprised
I only thought I'd give it a go and see to what level the disappointment can get. I was looking online and found the website by mistake, and to most of the advertised products, I was thinking to myself, none will be as they describe them, like most of those products and their sellers, this is just to trick customers into purchasing. But thankfully, my curiosity overcame my wisedom, and I placed an order for different items. The delivery was so quick, the packaging and look of all items was even better than displayed on the website, and finally, the big surprise was: they did exactly what they promised. I think now I should call my wisdom back to take control, for a different reason: I don't want to become hooked on shopping on Passion8! lol. Wish me luck, rarely happens with good stuff ;)
