Ordered products from UK because of difficulty to obtain them in South Africa. Merlin Cycles executed my order within a day and a half and the goods arrived with UPS four days later. Great to shop this way. Total price (inclusive of customs duty and delivery) was still less than what I would have paid locally. I'll shop with Merlin again without a doubt.
