I ordered a item which was dispatched on the 11th of November 2011. I still haven't received this item to date.
On 12 December I contacted customer service to inform them of this.
I had to submit declaration forms for a refund twice and have not received any confirmation yet.
The last communication I had was on 28 December, now my messages are just being ignored.
Really disappointed with TheHut since I had good experiences with them previously.
