I love Next!

I am a big fan of Next, i shop on-line a lot with them and their next day delivery service is brilliant. i have had occasions where delivery cant be next day due to it not reaching the delivery depot in time but a phone call has been made by their customer services very early to say that it will be with me the following day.

Delivery time is way to long.

I had ordered an item 2 weeks before my mums birthday and the item said in stock when i placed the order. I checked my order a week later and nothing had changed still didn't say dispatched, i checked it again a couple of days later and it said delivered. it hadn't! i checked the delivery terms and it said you have to wait 14days before you can put in a complaint. The item arrived a week after my mums birthday so 3 weeks it took to deliver.

Easy site and great customer service

Easy site to use.. lots of products. I had an occasion where my delivery had been lost (not due to Amazon) and it was for Christmas presents. The customer service department were fantastic, at first the replacement wasn't going to arrive until after Christmas but they worked it so that i could get them delivered before Christmas.

Keep up the great work Amazon!!

Customer service... what customer service?!

This is the first time i have ordered with Boohoo and paid for the item and the £3.99 delivery for next day as it was for Christmas. The coat came and i had ordered a size 10, the one delivered was a size 8, clearly shown on the tags and coat label. I sent it back the next morning stating the reason for return on the delivery note and website returns procedure that wrong size was sent, Confirmation came through stating i would only get the cost of the item back as a refund not the delivery charge. (states on the terms that if picking error or faulty then you will get a full refund including delivery). Emailed to stating wanted full refund due to picking error... email back saying that the order shows i ordered a size 10 nothing else!? I emailed again and a reply saying please send item back even though the refund confirmation was included in the email. I have now sent them a 3rd email again stating the same reasons and i will have to wait and see if the email will reach someone that actually reads the words that are in front of them. DO NOT BUY FROM BOOHOO. I wont be again.
