after being sent the wrong items on 2 occaisions i was contacted by a man (?) named [name removed] whom i later discovered to be a senior partner of the company who acted as tho it was my fault that they were unable to send the advertised product as well as informing me that some people "just have an orgasm out of making a complaint", accused me (wrongly) of being a member of the competition and informed me that they didn't want me as a customer anyway and that i could go to watchdog or trading standards if i wanted. having looked into the sale of goods act 1979, and despite [name removed] quoting the company's returns policy, which does not supercede consumer law, i know that I am NOT required to pay for return postage on these goods and can require THEM to arrange collection at THEIR expense, which i will choose to do following the arrogant, rude and unprofessional behaviour of this senior member of the company. i will not comtemplate using their services again and would strongly advise others to similarly avoid this firm if this is their idea of customer service, the value they have of their customers and the example which the management are setting for their staff.
