Exceptional, honest customer service

Had to make a large purchase of white goods, staff so helpful, gave great advice based on my needs rather than telling me what they thought I wanted to hear, or trying to sell me more expensive goods. Gave me delivery and installation dates and times so I didn't have to sit home all day.
When I compared prices of equivalent goods in other stores came off favourably

You'd get a better display setting fire to your money

Read previous reviews so bought this water fountain because it had the back up battery for those dull days and the ease of use.
Followed instructions and set up nothing happened, after two days switched to battery assuming it had time to charge, it coughed and dribbled and died. The light didn't even flicker.
Called an electrician friend who dismantled it to check that everything was set up correctly, still the pump just coughed and died. Had I kept the packaging, I would have returned this item. As it is I have just thrown away £70.
