7th December ordered DSi, said 3 day delivery, 19th December after no reply to emails and unable to get through by phone tried to cancel order. 20th December email to say too late to cancel order and on account panel now shows up as about to be despatched on the 13th, bearing in mind this is the 20th.
Credit Card bill turns up with charges for product on it from the Hut so had to pay it. Contacted my Credit card Company to get a refund on January 10th 2012 and now surprisingly on January 12 get an email saying my order has been able to be cancelled.
However in the email they say no money has been taken, and we hope to be of better service to you next time. Do they really think there will be a next time
Well they did take the money, I’ve had to pay it and I guess I will have to ask the Credit Card Company to recover it.
I have been buying goods from the web for over 10 years and this has by far been the most unhelpful and unreliable company I have ever come across.
I would advise anyone no matter how low there prices are to avoid the Hut. You will be very disappointed if you do.
