I have ordered things for my cat from PetPlanet a few times now, I have never had any problems with them, the delivery has always arrived in good times, they have a massive selection of absolutely everything you could need for your pets and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
The initial guy we booked with was lovely, couldn't do more to help, went out of his way to get us something good. Thats where it ended. As soon as we booked we were allocated an advisor - Natalie. Never spoken to anyone so rude in all my life! Never returns your calls and leaves you feeling stupid every time for having bothered her. No one wants to know when you have a problem and even managers fail to reply to emails. Never had such awful customer service in my life. Would NOT recommend them to anyone.
