Last year I ordered Valentines flowers from iflorist for my girlfriend...that arrived a day late with no apology or reply when I emailed their seemingly non-existent customer service department. I then completely forgot about this and made the mistake of ordering from them again this year and guess what, flowers for Valentines day delivered on the 15th despite them saying they would deliver on the 14th! Seriously what is the point? They even sent me an email on the 15th saying how my flowers had been 'successfully delivered as requested', are they taking the mick?!
And to make it worse the flowers were supposed to come with champagne, which they randomly substitued for bucks fizz with no warning. I sent them an email on the 14th to complain but after last time don't expect any response, if anyone from iflorist is reading this don't bother replying now I will make sure I never order from you again and will tell anyone who asks me the same thing!

Ordered 12 roses with chocs for my girlfriend on 13th Feb, website and email confirmed they would be delivered on the 14th for Valentines. Not only did the flowers not even arrive until 2pm on the 15th a day late, I got an email just after that ludicrously 'confirming' the flowers were delivered on the 14th! And the worst thing is not only did they not come with chocolates as ordered, but there were only 11 roses not 12. Then to top it all off they still havent had the courtesy to even acknowledge the 2 emails I've sent them to complain about their shocking lack of service.
Worst experience I've ever had ordering flowers online and given their customer service is similarly lacking, would never use them again and advise anyone else to steer clear as well - noticed numerous other people having similar experiences too!
Ordered an Asus transformer for my gf for xmas on the 12th Dec (was charged instantly for it), website said it was in stock and advised delivery within 8 days due to the busy period, which I thought was fair enough as long as it arrived before Xmas. However alarm bells rang when the website had my order status as 'new' even 10 days after I ordered so chased up via email as that seems to get a response rather than wasting time on hold to the customer service line, Vanessa was helpful but seemed unable to do much. Item finally arrived on the 29th, I was glad to actually receive it given all the bad reviews but their customer service really is poor and they mislead you with delivery times & stock levels which is not on, especially over Xmas! Thankfully my gf was understanding when it finally came!!
Their prices are cheaper than elsewhere but only order from them if a) you are prepared to wait 2-3 wks for the item b) you don't mind it coming with US plugs c) you can put up with poor service and not hearing anything about the status of your order until literally the day before it arrives seemingly out of thin air!
