I ordered four run flat Avons via the internet. I was contacted by phone almost immediately and a fitting date arranged, I was told that the Avons were out of stock and offered an alternative, which I accepted. On the morning of the appointment I was contacted to tell me that the tyres had not been delivered to the depot. No problem for me as I work from home and an alternative date was arranged. On the day of fitting I was again contacted and told that the tyres had still not been delivered but that I would be given an alternative which was £40 per tyre more exspensive than the ones I ordered at no extra cost. Later the fitter arrived and job completed. Why have I given 5*? As far as I'm concerned communication was excellent. OK there was delay but it didn't bother me, what's more important is that I was updated along the way and eventually I was more than satisfied with the end result. I would use again.
