Use someone else

City Link lost a parcel of mine which was sent to London well before Christmas.
The web site continued to say that the parcel was on route to the delivery depot. I eventually searched the internet and managed to contact a human being who told me that my parcel was officially missing.
For that read Stolen. All City link did was blame Parcels2Go with whom we had booked the collection through, but City Link were the couriers!
Having to declare the contents of a parcel is a thief's dream, anyone could have had a hand in the parcl going missing and yet nothing has been done. Received £20 in compensation from P2G and no refund of the delivery charge. Disgusting! Never again will I use either company.
