Found the chest handles I wanted, ordered in the afternoon and they arrived first thing the next morning.
After an email saying they had the item, the next thing I knew there was a knock on the door. I was surprised as there had been no email warning me of expected delivery date. The package was damaged, the deliveryman would not wait while I checked the content but did note damage on his terminal and gave me a number to ring if I wanted damaged goods collected. The monitor was not damaged but the power supply cable had a French plug on it and the promised adaptor for the UK was not included. This was not a problem for me as I had UK cables to spare but suggests a sloppiness in the despatch department.
Emails were informative, delivery was fast even early and after installation all the tests were passed, the price was a fraction of Dell's.

I am sorry to hear that you were not given the dispatch details in order to follow the tracking of your parcel and also to hear that the package was damaged, however I am pleased to hear the item itself is in good working order. Some of our products will come with a European plug and this information should be found under the initial description of the item you are looking at. They should however come with a UK adapter, and I apologise this was not the case.
