Having lost my phone 2 weeks ago I am still waiting for PYB to get back to me. I have been told they need to contact the police station whom I reported the loss to as well as having a conference call with my service provider!
If only I had paid a bit extra and insured with my network provider I would have had a new phone within 24 hours.
Yet now I am constantly ringing / emailing PYB at my cost.
Would not recommend!!
They have since got back to me saying my claim has not been successful because my phone was refurbished - I did not know this as it was a replacement from orange and still cost me £418 to buy.
They use any excuse not to make your claim a success!!
Please save your money and use someone else.
