Terrible after sales

Ordered over a £1000 worth of goods from this company, have to say worst company I have ever dealt with. Was meant to get a bath panel with the bath I ordered it never came, despite numerous phone calls it never did turn up, also had a fault with the toilet was promised a replacement once again this never arrived either. This company could have had a lot more business from me if they had been easier to deal with,will now be buying elsewhere.
