Recently ordered a flight case for a moving head, they stock several types but as using ADJ cases I ordered the same as what I use. The case was attempted delivery next day by D?? card left. As I work I arranged to collect the parcel from local depot. Sadly they dispatched the wrong item. Called DJKit next day and they were fantastic replacement exchange case was arranged straight away, Also arranged for exchange to be done at the local D??? depot for me. Same day I received the tracking number so I could track the progress. Next morning logged onto the courier website to see my parcel was on its way to the depot. Next day I log on to find my parcel NOT at depot but on the van for delivery. The guys from DJKit called me to let me Know and could not appologise enough for the couriers error. Anyway I contacted D?? and got the parcel returned to the depot for collection next day. Bottom line DJKIT are a great company and would recommend & use again.
Item was as expected but the courier let them down. Paid for next day service, the tracking like confirned this. Next day came and went, Courier then moved the day to the next. The next day came and went. Logged onto the link site and showed a card had been left. I had been in all day no card was left. Went to collect the next day Saturday Morning had to wait over an hour.
But the good news is costume fitted great and the Party went down well
