Had a quality problem with a tool chest I bought. The replacement got lost in transit. The customer service team, lead by George, sorted it all out keeping me posted as the problem resolved itself. It took a week before I received the second replacement, however I thought that was pretty good under the circumstances.

I have purchased several pieces of equipment and my consumeables from you since I retired ( 9 years on the 31st Jan). My last purchase, last week, was a 430 OKI printer. You helped me select a printer of a semi professional spec. at a very fair price. It took me a little time to set up the machine with several calls of help to you. Everytime you went the exra mile to make sure all problems were resolved, thank you. As far as I'm concerned I would recommend you to anyone irrespective of price - its the aftercare that matters.
