Same old story, order from Novermber delivery date postphoned every week.
I finally received a call from Sonia Harris, explaining that the colour I ordered (purple) was not available, but if I would like to change it to either red, black or lime I should have it sooner.
I agreed, all i want now is a beanbag no matter the colour...
Just realised the new delivery date in my account is stating week commencing 24 April...END OF APRIL....
That's it, I have been patient enough, but now it is taking customer for idiots... I want ALL my money back, and will investigate who can be contacted, BBC watchdog is not enough.
No need to relocate my review into Groupon, they have been really helpful and their only mistake has been to deal with Infurn!!!!
Anybody knows a company doing beanbag please message me!!!

Like so many of us I ordered a bean bag last November...
Never turned up...Despite numerous emails and calls nothing happened...
I finally got a tracking number in my account on the 10th January, saying stage 20%, remitted to DHL. One month after, still nothing so I contacted DHL directly in Germany, where I have been informed that they never received the goods, just the data.
We are now the 23rd February, and no bean bag, no answer.
Anybody knows an association we could contact to complain officially?
I reported the matter to BBC watchdog, but did not get an answer..
I am desperate to see either my bean bag either my p&p refunded...
If anybody has news or know what we can do, email me pelase!
I ordered a Giant Bean Bag on the 3rd of November, have been quoted with 6 weeks lead time. Still hasn't arrived, I had a new delivery date planned for this week, and still nothing.
After numerous emails I don't have an answer, or a new delivery date, or even the procedure to be refunded. WORST COMPANY EVER
I am really disappointed and will make a point of spreading the word EVERYWHERE.
