Very bad customer service. Hide negative comments.

This company is ok until something goes wrong. They make it very hard to contact them, are uninterested in fixing problems and if anyone leaves negative comments, on their site or their facebook page, even if fair, they delete them. They are after your money, nothing else.


All round awesome!

I've been a customer for many years and can't find anything remotely bad to say about them. There are many games to choose from and special offers everyday. Their games are cheaper than any other game site I have come across and there are rarely any issues with the games - when there are they are quickly updated to solve issue. Their customer service is the best I have ever come across off and on the internet. They can't do enough for you, solve problems quickly and you are always left more than satisfied. I can't recommend them enough, I just wish I had the time and money to buy a game every day!


Almost excellent.

Next are trustworthy, their products are of very high quality, their prices are more than reasonable, customer services are outstanding and they sort out problems immediately. The only fault I can pick with them is their couriers. I really don't get why they continue to advertise their next day delivery service, when, 90% of the time, you receive your order in 2 days or more.


Above average.

Vodafone certainly aren't excellent, I've yet to find a mobile phone provider that is, saying that, I've never had any real problem with them, just the usual customer services gripes - incompetence, being misinformed, getting things wrong etc. Unfortunately, this level of service seems to be of standard in this country when it comes to mobile phones.


Not good.

Although their signal is the best and they have good offers for new customers, they really do not look after their existing customers at all. Their customer services team is either very rude, don't care or totally get things wrong.


Very good service.

I have never had a problem with this company but, as with boohoo, I would only ever order stuff that I definitely didn't want to return as their reputation with customer service is so bad. Saying that, I have never had any problems whatsoever, my orders always arrive on time and in excellent condition, I just don't trust them. Sorry asos, you just have a bad reputation that makes people wary.

Very good service, so far.

I have never had a problem with this company but, as with asos, I would only ever order stuff that 1, wasn't too expensive as quality is poor and 2, that I definitely didn't want to return as their reputation with customer service is so bad. Saying that, I have never had any problems whatsoever, I just don't trust them.


Don't bother.

I've been with these for years. I honestly don't know why. There's not been one week that passes that I've been totally satisfied with the service whether it be email, internet connection or speed.


Excellent service.

I completely trust these guys and almost always receive my order before it's due. Occasionally orders from the Amazon Marketplace can be later than expected and sometimes you can't track your orders but have never had to complain.


Excellent service.

Easy to order online, extremely quick delivery and never had an order wrong. The only problem I ever have is with their prices but the food is delicious!


Excellent customer service!

I can't praise these guys enough! Always receive order before expected. The one and only time I had cause to complain was dealt with quickly and I was more than pleased with the result. I was even compensated. Good prices and good quality stuff. I trust these guys 100%.

Bad customer service.

Ordered an item that was supposed to be in stock but turned out wasn't. Since then have had 5 more different delivery dates. They constantly blame their supplier but surely they should sort this out and actually do something about this instead of constantly apologising and blaming others. They are polite in their dealings with me but do not seem interested enough in providing what I have ordered or worried that I will return as a customer or advise others of their customer service.

The vast majority of the time our estimated delivery dates are reliable. When our website does not state that we have stock available, we depend on our suppliers to deliver within their normal timescale. Please accept our apologies for the delays on this occasion.
