My online purchase wasn't as specified so I got onto Tesco to come collect and refund.
Ok, so it didn't go so smooth, I had to contact them again to explain the problem.
Once they got me in the system, they were all out to rectify the problem and try to please - their offer was more than enough to please me. They collected the product and said my refund would automatically go through and they gave me a little something for my trouble.
The product was collected.
The refund didnt' go through.
I contactect them again to be told the refund would be done (now 12 days after the product was collected) and I would get a call from a manager
No call and refunded only half!!!!
I contacted them again and whilst I was on the phone the Tesco representative emailed me the refund confirmation email there and then.
I am happy, I think that with such a big company like Tesco things will go wrong but they are the first to try to rectify the problem and are more than generous to keep their customers happy.
No quibbles and no questions asked, they please me.
We have just purchased a beautiful Nickel metal bedstead from Archers and it is just beautiful. Such a lovely rich looking bed.
The choosing and purchasing was so easy and the bed arrived the very next day - service was fantastic.
I am so pleased with it and would definitely recommend this online company.
I cannot believe how easy it was to buy online from MattressMan - the hard bit was choosing the right mattress from the amount on offer!
We purchased our mattress from reading the easy description/specs found on each page.
Ordering and payment was easy and the mattress arrived the next day and is sooooo comfy.

.....from my old provider. For three years I paid another company for shoddy service and a phone line that only worked when it wanted to. They weren't interested in fixing it so I left them and joined PlusNet.
My phone started playing up again over Christmas so I reported the fault to PlusNet via email on Weds 11 Jan. The line and Broadband was checked within the hour (I was online and saw they were checking my connection) and I was kept updated with texts.
Fri 13 Jan at 8.45 I had a BT engineer on my doorstep who checked all my equipment and found no faults - the fault was on the line outside. By the time I came home from work, everything was fixed and I had a confirmation text from PlusNet.
Great BT engineer and fantastic customer service from PlusNet, thank you so much, I definitely rate you and would recommend you as a company.
For over three years our landline would only work when it pleased, we contacted TalkTalk to get it fixed several times but were mostly 'scared' off by Advisers being rude to us and telling us there was no fault and if BT engineer checks it will cost us £100+. We were often kept on the line by having to hold - their service isn't free and cost us a mint.
We moved to another provider and the problem was fixed within 48hours of me reporting it - nothing to do with our equipment, it was a fault on the outside line.
Bad attitude from TalkTalk and another customer lost to them
"I cannot praise this company enough. We ordered on 2nd Jan, received an email straight away confirming the order, then the next day received delivery details and our furniture came today 12th Jan. The piece I bought is absolutely beautiful and fantastic quality, I am so pleased with it and I would strongly recommend OakFurnitureLand.
