Thank you for your customer support email.The headphones arrived in the set time, the sound quality is fabulous and we are delighted with both them and your service!
Having just had a very disappointing episode buying a different set of headphones from another very famous online site, this email has come as a very welcome change. Customer service both during and after a sale is of paramount importance and one unfortunately not shared by some of your competitors.
