Like so many of the reviews here, we also ordered our mattress through Groupon's promotion and matchingbedrooms.com failed to complete the order placed October 20th.
In our case, we gave up hope of a delivery on December 12th, 2011 and requested a refund. This was the only time that we received any correspondence from either company despite repeated requests for an update on the order.
As of today (January 14th, 2012), we are yet to receive a refund from either company. We are looking to escalate this with Trading Standards and with Citzens Advice Bureau. I would advise anyone else to consider what course of action is appropriate to their case.
