I wish I had read these other reviews before I placed an order. I don't believe there is any other employee aside from <Name Removed>, so when he refers to the accounting department he's referring to himself. When he refers to sales, its just him, and customer service is also in the inept hands of <Name Removed>.
Phone calls are not returned, email messages only receive replies after the ninth message is sent. Who has time for this when simply attempting to follow up on an order that hasn't been delivered. Your credit card is charged and yet nothing is delivered weeks after the confirmed date.
I don't understand how <Name Removed> believes this is acceptable to customers. I've never written a company review before, yet I hope in doing so it will prevent someone else from the negative experience of purchasing from Buxnie.com - ie. <Name Removed>
