Ebookers
Reliable, Attentive Solid a Company established you can trust with your flight bookings.
I have been an Ebookers customer for several years, I like their quick and responsive web site, over the years I have booked 3 or 4 flights a year with them, and location extras such as Taxis on arrival, other activities such as a short cruise in Greece, Ebookers seems to have the right software, and instantaneous real time bookings, when you book a flight with them, the E Ticket and any other receipts come through extremely quickly, Ebookers for me is about establishing their brand which they have done successfully over the years, I can recommend them to other travellers, the prices are always the lowest you can get, and if their are any flight changes, they are straight on to you quickly with the details. You get what you pay for, Ebookers is a value for money brand, best wishes to all fellow travellers.

Once they Ship - your no longer a customer
Digital Rev gains a captive audience for photography sales by utilising wacky reviews on Youtube, and from fun poking semi stars, Kai and Lok, thats where fun ends, their prices appear cheaper than UK, and other countries, and once they take your money and ship the goods, what happens after then appears to be typically chinese business ethics, as far as they are concerned they made a sale, sent the goods, and they take no responsibility for their onward routing, I have an ongoing dispute with them since 19th December 2011, being looked at by paypal, because they refuse to deal with it, be very wary, and hope the goods arrive ok, if they don't and there is a problem with shippers, couriers, delivery agents, or items are lost etc, Digital Rev has no concept of keeping a customer for life, they simply wash their hands of you, and leave you in the lap Paypal to sort it out, or your credit card company, silly really, since dealing with it themselves would give them excellent ratings in terms of customer after sales service, a sure sign that they can be trusted, sadly, I can't endorse them, and find them a non trustworthy company to deal with. BEWARE !!!!
