Will you PLEASE sort your terrible system out.,I have had some really enjoyable holidays with Thomas Cook in the past but don't know what you've done to your system but I log on and every time it just freezes. I was not impressed and ended up booking with your competition
Why change and already good thing
I used to LOVE Facebook,but someone somewhere is getting paid too much money to screw the site right up. Searching for old friends now is just impossible without knowing their shoe and waist size it seems,what happened to the old function of just putting in the name and their town?
I tend to use it less now as I find it a bit frustrating,but when I do go online and chat with my friends its great.
Come on Facebook,if a record is'nt broke why change it

Good but long winded
I do like BA.com but sometimes find it frustrating at the long windedness of some of the procedures you have to go through to make a booking or simple search. Would be great to get up a load of prices and flight they are available from after a few simple steps so you can make a choice. Having said that its a darn sight easier than a lot of booking systems I've seen

Love Google,it helps me out almost every day but sometimes its a bit overwhelming the info you get back which can be a tad frustrating when you are in a hurry and have to click onto a mass of sites to find a simple answer. But this site is so easy to use keep up the good work

Sometimes the price is NOT right
Love the site and the choices you get,really love the sales where there are bargains to be had.But at times I am amazed with all the competition around that your prices are quite a bit more than other web based cd/dvd sites.
Having said that the ease of using your system is great and delivery is usually pretty quick too.

Very Good Service Generally
After my local vet hiked his prices I was so pleased to have found VioVet who offer an easy and somewhat cheaper way to feed my beloved pets I've noticed prices increasing gradually so it's not so attractive anymore.I've had umpteen problems with City Link and their failed deliveries but Viovet seem powerless to do anything much to help.I really loved the 10% off discount code the other day which brought prices into line what what I believe they should be.On the whole they are friendly and offer a good service.
