' choppy experience ' ...

The ship, and the crossing itself, were trouble free ....

My ' GRIPE ' is that when we started the booking, the ' fee ' was £75 approximately ... partway through the booking, the fee escalated, with NO
reason being given, to £95 approximately .. if I hadn't been in such a need to book this quickly, I would probably have looked elsewhere ... the
fee SHOULD have remained the same as at the start of the procedure .. I'd ' LIKE ' a refund, and may well pursue this with ' Aferry ', unless of
course ' you ', ( as in 'this' survey ) can forward my thoughts to them, and 'they' will contact me .. ?

Thanks for your review. With our system, we try to frequently get the latest prices from the ferry companies so people can easily compare and contrast to find the best route and fare for them. However, sometimes there is a price hike (or decrease) between the time we got our cached price and the actual price. We're always increasing the frequency with which we update our prices but unfortunately this does happen sometimes and there is little we can do it about. The prices we get from the ferry companies do go up and down.

NO stars, for a truly 'DIABOLICAL' ' service ' ??? NO service at all really .. despite saying NO to a 7am delivery in the first instance, told on 3 further occasions that that would be the delivery time. This was by the 'delivery company' used ( Yodel ) who were truly atrocious. They did turn up at 07.35 one morning, blocking my cul-de-sac, and, after a twenty minute 'perusal' of paperwork, and a search of the van, told me they did not have 'my product' ( a washing machine ! ) on their van ! Went back to K&Co, and complained .. they said they would 'sort it out', and asked 'when' we would like it delivered .. we said " anytime after 10am, any day of the week " .. it turned up, a couple of days later, @ 09.20 ! .. at least they did have the washing machine this time, and, luckily, we were in to take delivery !! .. on 2 separate occasions 'after' taking this delivery, we were rang up by
Yodel, to say that they were going to deliver it ' 2 days hence ' from the phone call !!! ... Truly UNBELIEVABLE, and ATROCIOUS, ' so
called ' service ... ABSOLUTELY APPALLING ...
