I used STA last year for a transatlantic flight. The good point is that you can actually speak to a branch near you if you have anything out of the norm to sort out. Yes you can book on line. But through a combination of this the helpline being local the service is really good. And they price match. First call for flights next time
Some highs and lows over the past year ish. Thats not the wine which is always generally good, but the service which seems to depend on who you speak to when you call. Have had occasions where requested changes have not been recorded which is anoying. More recently recommended substitutes which where superb. Prehaps losing that small focused supplier felling?
