Best-buy of the Year
I am in love with my Dyson DC 25! Lives up to all the manufacturer's claims. Simple to use, amazingly efficient. It was my best buy of 2011 and has made cleaning so much easier - even with a dog and two giant rabbits!

Star Treatment!
Excellent money-saving deals with this company. Saved at least £175 pounds on a washer and vacuum cleaner this year alone. Great customer service and knowledge of products from salespersons. Real 5-star treatment!

Never Again!
Bought a Dell laptop for my daughter - never again. The laptop has given countless problems. Returned to company several times under manufacturer's warranty and then to Know-How at least half-a-dozen times. The Dell Inspiron has left us truly un-inspired!

Magical Moment
It was a magical moment when I placed the order for my first on-line grocery shop! Ordering system was easy to negotiate and lots of delivery slots available. Order arrived on time, extremely pleasant and helpful delivery man. Can't understand why I didn't try this years ago! A real 5-star service.

Twelve-Year Affair!
I have been an 02 customer for 12 years. I have always enjoyed the best customer service, some great deals and total efficiency when occasionally things have gone wrong. I just love 02!
247 Curtains
Super-quick Service
Super-quick delivery service but quality wasn't quite what was expected. Difficult to work out how heavy the material would be from on-line photo but I suppose that was reflected in the price.Too flimsy. My mistake but would definitely use 247 Curtains again.
