Good quality at fair prices

Aldi have gone a little more upmarket in recent times and it is paying off. The quality of their produce has never troubled me and I have never had occasion to return food items. I have had problems with the Tevion brand goods I have purchased but Aldi's return policy is excellent and I have never been given any kind of trouble when returning items and being refunded. I recommend Aldi as it is a good way f saving money on one's weekly shop.

Good site

Easy to use and good free delivery of items make Play.com a fine website to use. I have used them hundreds of time and they are always my second choice after Amazon.

Ebay

Greedy company

I used eBay a lot and did over 1500 trades. Not any more. They charge too much and are slow to help when things go wrong. The charges are compounded by the money they rake in from Paypal transactions. It is foolish because they are losing subscribers

I had a problem buying online which was quickly sorted out by the polite and efficient staff when I rang in. I was kept informed regarding delivery by email and phone calls (one 20 mins before arrival of our appliance)
An all round pleasing transaction and I would be more than happy to use Appliancesdirect again.
