Had an initial problem with item ordered as floods had damaged the goods but notified me quickly and I ordered that item elsewhere!

Thanks for your kind review! We're so sorry about the problem with your order, the Epic Office Flood of 2012 certainly made our morning more exciting! Thankfully other than a couple of items that were here and not at the warehouse, and our carpet, nothing was damaged and normal service resumed quickly...although it did smell absolutely awful for a few days.
