I was Bought mens jumper in Dec as present, size was way off so requested refund , and bought a second size.(good price for quality)
Result 2 itmes BOTH not fitting so returned through Ebay as normal process , obtained authorisation etc , sent (thankfylly )with proof of posting on 31 Dec . as at 16 JAN NO refunds - NO replies to Ebay msges , no reply to phone messages, NO reply to Emails , eventually got throuigh on phone today 16 jan ..girl said if I sent copy of proof of postage will do refunds , but may take 3 - 5 days as very busy with finance / paypal ! Wonder why ??????? Customer service VERY POOR ! ! ! Await refunds ... I live in hope
