If your item is not in stock don't expect them to tell you about it. When you chase them don't expect a quick response and don't expect them to give a damn. If you buy a 'Wiggle' branded sportive it will be run by the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to communicate with. Don't bother, they can't count and don't care.
Following addition to my review in response to the Wiggle reply; I don't think the issue is resolved. The issue is systemic and you do not refer to this being resolved. Nor do you address the problem of your poor performing partner. Maybe your response is automated.
Don't waste your time with this company. Their customer service is laughable. I was never really sure if I would receive my order until it actually arrived. I actually thought they were a scam company whilst trying to contact them. Stick to the known names, they are known for a reason.
