DISCRACE TO PARCEL DELIVERY
It take alot for me to get annoyed to the point of writing a review,
Parcelforce.. Oh MY GOD.
Through the several times ive had the unpleasant experience of dealing with parcelforce, the latest is the worst.
I email them asking if they received my cheque for payment of my customs charges.
2 weeks later no reply. 3 packages still held and no way of getting them.
ITS MY SHIT PARCELFORCE, GET OFF YOUR ASS AND DELIVER IT

Good prices but the worst delivery service ever YODEL!
As much as i loved the easy interface of the website and the fast dispatch, they failed to tell me one thing.
they deliver using YODEL.
i paid for next day express delivery and no surprise, Yodel did not turn up. in fact they just gave up and went back to the depot and didn't ever get here.
Here is the reason for the 1 star. Failure to identify the carrier,
NOBODY answers the phone, online chat just kicks you off when the person your talking to cannot give you a answer.

From my experience I cant say anything bad!
Good padded envelopes.
Low price. Next day courier delivery.
Will buy from again once they reopen after the fire.
