Cheapest price and fastest delivery from any on-line store I've used.
First port of call before the very good eBuyer, Novatech and Dabs.
Ordered 3 or 4 times from them now and the prices (especially during deals) are probably as cheap as anything else you could find. The service is generally pretty prompt and things often arrive within a week.
That said I've been waiting for dispatch for my most recent order for about a week without any communication on the delay.
I think they picked the wrong time to ask for me to review them!
I hate delivery services, the 8 till 8 delivery times, the slip without the knock the unhelpful redelivery system and the inevitable drive to a depot 10 miles away on a Saturday morning.
Yodel, totally different. Get a mobile number through the door when you miss the parcel and the guy lets you come collect the parcel from his house.
Quality service and would happily pay a little more to buy from a company that uses this service.
Would recommend signing up the news letter you're guaranteed to learn ways to save yourself a few quid.
The customisable cards for about the same price as high street makes it an idea choice.
Had a couple of cards arrive late around bank holidays even with most expensive delivery hence the 4 stars. Order a few days early and you'll be fine.

Also noticed they've tried to palm off all their bad ratings by shifting some to Groupon and also created another account.
EDIT:Since contacting me from this review, Sonia committed to a delivery date that was met. She managed the crisis well perhaps there is hope for the future for Infurn.

Thank you for your comments. I have today tried to telephone and received no answer. As part of the new management team here at Infurn we are resolving the issues with customer service and order defaults arising from the previous management team.
We apologise for the delays that you have experienced with your Bigboy order, This was due to availability of your requested color choice, this information should have been relayed to you at an earlier opporturnity so that you could have selected one of the alternative availble colours. This item is now in stock and was released for shipment from our warehouse in Germany. Our Freight provider has confirmed delivery will be no later than 9 March 2012.
