No need to go anywhere else!
I came to CheapSmells from Fragrance Direct which meant I didn't have any great expectations having received three wrong orders in succession all looking like they were gift wrapped by the average bloke-in-a-hurry . I was stunned at the difference. CheapSmells pricing, delivery, service and wrapping are all first class. Their customer support actually responds and deals with any issues. I had one order that didn't arrive the next day and I received an apology and a prompt refund of my Special Delivery charges. I still haven't got that from the "other" company months after my "delayed" order. If I have any gripes it's the almost daily promo emails. However, I can always fix that by unsubscribing. Highly recommended!

Simply the best!
Lindy always have the solution to complicated connectivity problems, the service is second-to-none and their prices are hard to beat. I've been placing small orders with them for years and have never had any complaints. I went online at 4:30pm last Wednesday and received delivery at just gone 8:00am the next morning. Highly recommended.

Shoddy Service
I've found Fragrancedirect a disappointing experience. I've placed two orders and won't be placing another. The first in December was for three products totaling £85 and I paid for next-day-delivery. It took almost a week to arrive and only after I kept chasing by telephone. They admitted they hadn't despatched and have repeatedly promised a refund of the premium for next-day-delivery but haven't honored it.
I thought maybe I was just unlucky, so placed another next-day-delivery last week, this time totaling £140. The order status keeps showing 'released for despatch'. I called them up to be told, yet again, they haven't posted it. This time I got a stroppy assistant who claimed it was my fault as the order automatically went to 'tracked' and I should have re-entered my request for next day delivery. I'm not sure how that explains why they still haven't posted it utilising any method!
I'll be giving CheapSmells a try for future orders.
