Ordered on the Monday and one hour later had received an email back to say my order had been dispatched. Great I thought especially when I saw from the Invoice that delivery was by CityLink Next Day. Stayed in all Tuesday but no delivery. Cancelled my early gym session on the Wednesday as didn't want to miss the delivery. Got an email from Greenhouse on the Wednesday at 09:30 to say they had been contacted by CityLink who said that there had been a delay and my delivery wouldn't be until the Thursday. Duly arrived around 2 o'clock. Seems my order DIDN'T LEAVE Greenhouse UNTIL THE TUESDAY----not Monday like I was led to believe. Can forgive Citylink for the further delay as that was the day after the high winds and transport was disrupted. Other Companies can supply me with the Courier's delivery reference number so I can track it. They say they can't which I find hard to believe in this day and age. Other than the delivery---was pleased with the service and goods.
