The website was very easy to use and the prices were competitive - the only gripe is that I think it could have been made clearer before purchase that if you buy a ticket for the long stay car park you will need to park you car and exchange this before exiting rather than just driving straight out. It wasn't too much trouble but it would have been nice to know that when considering options! This was however clearly stated on the documentation after I had paid.
I would definitely use this company again. I really appreciated the free gift wrap service that was offered, and the product arrive quickly.
The only minor niggle is that I didn't get an email to let me know my product had been despatched (when the order confirmation said that I would). I rang up to query this as I needed to get the present in time for Christmas but the staff were extremely helpful and informed me it had already been shipped, and arrived the next day!
Really pleased to gave found this website, can't believe the price!! Delivery was speedy and brushes were well wrapped. Only gripe is that the website is very confusing, and could do with some more information about the different types of brushes.
This is the first time I've used this website before having previously used vision direct, but prices were more competitive and a better selection of products. Some confusion when purchasing as it seems produce can only be delivered to billing address but a quick phone call to them sorted this out. Products arrived very quickly and will definitely use them again.
This company is absolutely pathetic. The delivery men are cowboys and completely incompetent. They came to our house to install a washing machine and demanded extra money for doing it (despite the fact I had already paid), were intimidating to me (a female in my house alone) and threw my old washing machine down the stairs laughing as they did it. In fiddling around with our plumbing they managed to disconnect our washing machine. On calling KnowHow they said they would send someone out that day. 4 hours later and still waiting we called back and were told the call was never logged. They then assured us they would definitely be coming today and have not showed up twice (despite ringing knowhow to double check they would be coming). We are at our wits end with this terrible company. They have caused us a lot of stress and I hope that by reading this you do not order anything with Dixons - we will never, EVER use them again.
