I booked an holiday to Turkey & the hotel was suppose to be 5 star, when we arrived there was scaffordling in reception and they were painting all the communal areas. I complained to the rep about the smell and the fact that we weren't informed of the decorating programme and due to health reasons I asked to be moved elsewhere. Their response was basically tough because the paint wasn't bothering her and if I wanted to move hotels then I would have to pay.
I will NEVER book with them again
I returned a product on 30th Nov 2011, I noticed a couple of weeks later that a refund hadn't been processed on to my credit card. I contacted Justbeautifully and they informed me that they hadn't received it and maybe I should wait after xmas due to delays with Royal Mail delivery.
I called in the new year a couple of times and unfortunately they still hadn't received it, I contacted Royal Mail for compensation and they offered me six 1st class stamps which didn't even cover the cost of sending the item.
I spoke to Russell at Justbeautifully and he was really sympathic to my dilemma, he offered to see what could be done by Justbeautifully. He called me back and to my delight and surprise he offered to refund me the current value of the item as a gesture of goodwill (it was less than what I paid but it was alot better than what Royal Mail have offered).
Words can not explain how grateful I am and I would definately be recommending Justbeautifully.
