My wife ordered a couple of things for my Christmas present. One of the things they couldn't deliver - that's fair. It was agreed that they would send the other item and refund the payment for the first item.
This was ordered December 8th last year. 3 months ago.
We haven't received anything yet. No items and no money. We have sent them 5 emails without any response. I have spoken to them where they promised to resolve this within the week. It has now been almost three weeks.
I think we lost our money by now. My only advice is to avoid this company:

Jeg købte en toilettaske til gave, men fortrød det, da jeg fik tasken i hånden. Lavede en aftale om tilbagelevering på lempelige vilkår, hvor jeg kunne aflevere tasken frem for at sende den. Det fik jeg ikke gjort - her en måned efter, har de alligevel accepteret en returning.
