I too ordered through the Groupon deal and had nuerous issues with delivery times. When finally delivered in a rolled up state I found a small hole which was dealt with swiftly as a partial refund HOWEVER after a few weeks use of the matterss it is now sagging (compressed springs ?) just like you get with a OLD mattress not a new one ... so now waiting on their customer services to advise the way forward for a refund. I have also advised groupon of this site and the facebook page which customers are venting their fury on
